Are you curious about the Asus Drive Xpert mode in BIOS? Once you update your SATA III hard disk and it was turned into speed mode, your hard disk will never been detected by Marvell. What should you do now?
Here is the method to turn back your SATA III hard disk back to normal mode.
1. Plug your SATA III hard disk to the first SATA III socket and plug any SATA II hard disk to the second SATA III socket.
2. Marvell will boot out during you boot up your computer.
3. Press CTRL+M in Marvell screen.
4. You will see "foreign" for your SATA III hard disk. Press Enter to "Erase RAID config data" and it will change back the status to "unconfigured"
5. Delete all the virtual disk.
6. Press F10 to quit and save.
Then now your SATA 3 hard disk can be detected in BIOS.
